Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in The Founder's Cup program and use of the platform at app.foundercup.com, operated by Echelon One Pty Ltd. By enrolling in the program or using the platform, participants and their schools agree to these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of their venture ideas and submission content. By participating in the program, students grant Echelon One a limited, non-exclusive licence to use anonymised examples of student work for program marketing and research purposes, subject to parental consent where required.

Program materials, curriculum content, workbooks, and platform technology are the intellectual property of Echelon One Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Competition Rules

Participation in the Demo Day and state finals is subject to separate Competition Rules. Judging decisions are final.

5. Limitation of Liability

Echelon One provides the program in good faith. To the extent permitted by Australian law, Echelon One is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from program participation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

7. Changes to Terms

Echelon One may update these terms from time to time. Schools and participants will be notified of material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
